New name, new look
We’ve adopted a new name as of January 2025. With this change, Guest Comfort is now part of history, and we are proud to introduce ourselves as Livv! Our new name brings us closer to the Livv Group, which we have been part of since September 2022.
New webshop
Along with the name change, we’ve launched an entirely new website and a brand-new webshop. User accounts from our previous webshop have been transferred to the new one, but you will need to order a new password from the link “Forgot password?”.
New emails
The same enthusiastic team is here to support you as part of Livv, but we have new email addresses. Our customer service is available at info@livv.fi, and individual team members can be reached by email in the format firstname@livv.fi.
Expanded product range
In the near future, we’ll be focusing on expanding our product range and ensuring that you can order most of our items directly from our webshop, whether they are stock items or non-stock items.
Official business information
Our official business details remain unchanged. Our business ID and VAT number stay the same, and we will continue invoicing under the name Guest Comfort Oy. If you have any questions about the changes, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we’re here to help!
