Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply only in countries outside Finland.
Orders
Livv’s products are intended only for businesses and can be ordered by phone or email or through our webshop. All prices are presented in euros excluding taxes (VAT 0 %) and are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change prices. All products are sold in full boxes or packages and smaller quantities cannot be purchased. The order will be processed according to the product availability at the time of order arrival. If products are not available at the time of order, we will in most cases ship the missing products as a backorder.
Our products are divided in the webshop into stock items and non-stock items. The stock items and non-stock items have different terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change a stock item to a non-stock item and vice versa.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are applied to all exports in Europe. The fee will depend on the size and weight of the order. Livv’s customer service can give further information. We have a fixed shipping fee for stock items only for Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, where a shipping fee of 50 € (VAT 0 %) will be applied. We reserve the right to change shipping charges. For non-stock items, the shipping fee is always charged according to the actual freight cost. Livv’s customer service will be happy to provide additional information about the shipping fees.
Delivery
Livv delivers goods only inside the EU. For other countries and territories, the shipment term ExWorks Finland (Incoterm 2010) will be applied, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time varies depending on the country of the shipment. The estimated delivery time for stock items for the Baltics is approx. 2-5 working days and the delivery time for Northern Europe is approx. 4-7 working days after Livv has received your order (or payment in case of prepayment). The non-stock items require a longer delivery time. The products are delivered via Livv’s logistics partner to a business address. If you have special requests regarding your delivery, please contact Livv’s customer service.
We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by our logistics partners.
Inspection of goods
When receiving the goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the products and packaging before confirming the receipt of the order. Any product or transport damage must be reported immediately to the representative of the logistics company that delivered the order. If the damage report has not been made upon arrival, Livv will not be able to process any complaints. Additionally, it is important to always take photos of the damaged packaging and products.
Return policy
Complaints and possible returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Product returns must always be agreed in advance with our customer service and must be sent all the way to our warehouse – we do not collect returns from pickup points. The right of return only applies to our stock products that are in saleable condition in the original and unopened sales packaging. The right of return does not apply to logo products or other customized products, unless they are defective. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not compensate for order or product errors caused by the customer’s negligence. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the products are used and stored properly, taking into account the product’s properties and packaging.
Payment
Payment is only possible by invoice. Livv requires prepayment for all first-time orders. For businesses with continuing orders, Livv can agree on the payment term with 14 days net. The invoices will primarily be sent by email. For paper invoices, we charge an invoicing surcharge of 15.00 € (VAT 0 %). Livv reserves the right to demand advance payment also in case of default payment entries, delayed payments or other specific situations. Livv may, at its sole discretion, close the customer account and cancel an order. The late payment interest is 12.5%. We also charge 5.00 € (VAT 0%) for each payment reminder.
Ownership
Ownership and title to the products is transferred to the customer once the purchase price has been fully paid.
Privacy protection
Livv respects your privacy and protects your personal data in the best possible way.
Changes in terms and conditions
Livv reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the sale and ordering by publishing the new terms and conditions on their website. The customer shall read the applicable terms and conditions prior to placing an order.
Force majeure
Livv shall not be liable for any delay or damage resulting from an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not reasonably have foreseen or for consequences it could not have avoided. Force majeure includes, for example, industrial disputes and strikes, sickness of staff, bans on imports and exports, as well as possible disruptions in transport.
